'We
have traded successfully since 1991. Fee income from
professional work in 2001 topped £3.3 million. Typically at
any one time we may have around 60 Professional, Managerial
and Supervisory staff on a wide variety of interesting
assignments, mainly in the Public and Utilities sectors and
work is increasing rapidly.
We have exchanged
contracts with Shropshire County Council for the purchase of a
prime 4.5 acre greenfield site on Battlefield Enterprise Park,
Shrewsbury, which has outline planning for showrooms, office
and industry. Two major sales are shortly to be announced with
part of the site earmarked for our own headquarter offices,
for which we now have detailed planning
permission. .
Completion of our development of
luxury homes at Stapleton near Shrewsbury has taken place -
selling prices comfortably exceeded expectations. We are
currently working on a programme of over 100 residential units
for social/affordable housing in partnership with a number of
Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
One of our
recent contract awards has been for the survey and management
of 16,000 Highway trees for Metropolitan Borough of Wirral;
this contract commenced 1st July 2003 and is progressing well

information.
The main thrust of our business will
continue to be management of contracts in the Public and
Utilities sectors, consultancy, outsourcing and property
advice, particularly development and facilities.
We are
now accredited ISO 9001:2000 - reflecting the dedication and
commitment of our staff.
